Sorry, Dominic T. for the bad experience you had with your home inspection. after reviewing inspection documents in archive from 2019 to present, we don’t see where a home inspection was performed for a person by the name of Dominic T, it maybe that you have the wrong inspection company.

He stated to me he only checks if things turn on and off, does not get on the roof to inspect it (uses a drone only). He did not check the sprinkler system…. I could go on and on. He cost me thousands of dollars and is a fraud. Buyer beware.

Jim inspected a home and dock i was buying and charged me $600.00. After I took possession of the house the dishwasher did not work and had to be replaced, the roof leaked, under the kitchen sink was completely rotted, the boat lifts main steel support was rusted and needed to be replaced and he did not even inspect or know I had a septic system that was draining dirty water into the bay.

Jim is the best! I was pretty sure from my first phone conversation with him that he was the inspector for me, but after working with him, I was truly confident in my choice. My realtor, too, said she would recommend him. Not only for his knowledge, attention to detail(the drone work was a sweet add on) and patience in explaining things, but for his general attitude toward his work. His dogged determination to leave no stone unturned, not only makes you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth and peace of mind, but also the confidence to either move forward in the home buying process, or “cut bait” so to speak. I would DEFINITELY recommend you use Jim Pinion for you next home inspection.

I needed an inspection done on an older home so I wanted the inspection to be very thorough. As soon as I called Jim and he explained what he does, I knew I wanted to use him. Jim did an excellent job and spent 4-5 hours at this house. He showed me almost everything he found. Jim is very knowledgeable about all things in a home. He taught me some things as well.
