I have chosen a 2 because of their billing department. I have no problem with the actual yard work. I just can’t seem to get my bill from them in a timely manner. This has been going on for quite a long time. I was told my bill would be online on the 26 of each month as well as by mail. Again, I have received nothing from them. When this happens, they realize the next month that I have not paid and I will receive a bill for 2 months with a past notice displayed. I have called them many many times and have told them I will not pay without a bill. I really don’t know what is wrong with their billing department.
I have to say that I was very pleased with the inspection I received. Not only did the inspectors arrive early, but they were incredibly thorough & professional. Also, I received the report earlier than I expected (IMMEDIATELY!). They took the time to sit with us to discuss options and a question / answer time..

They caught an electrical issue which allowed me to get the seller to repair, as I don’t believe the seller was aware. The report was detailed and included several photos. Again, I highly recommend Alabama Home Inspexions for your home whether you’re selling or buying.
We scheduled a home inspection for a home we were purchasing in Troy, Alabama while we were still living in Germany. The process of scheduling the inspection online and paying for the inspection online was easy and quick. The homeowner stated that the inspector was prompt, professional and very respectful. The inspection was thorough and the inspection report delivered to us by email (again while still in Germany). The inspection report was the most detailed and well-written report we’ve ever received.
