I’ve been a full-time home inspector for more than eight years now. Before that, I spent a year learning from my father, Jack Davis. I worked with him hands-on for a full year in order to become a professional home inspector.

Jay Miller was on time, courteous, & professional. He went over the whole house with me & made me understand what needed to be repaired to the owner. He went out of his way to come back on a Saturday to reinspect.
