All In One Home Inspection LLC

Joseph was great. We hired him off Angie’s List to inspect the first home we went under contract for. That transaction didn’t happen and we used him again to inspect the home we ended up purchasing. He gave us a discount for the second home…which was a nice touch.

We booked Joe online for our first inspection in October 2014. I was impressed with the ease of scheduling– I just found an open date and time that worked for us, selected it on his online calendar, and Joe arrived promptly. He called in advance to let me know he was on his way and to give us an ETA. He was incredibly professional, very polite, and more thorough than I could have imagined. I’m a first-time home buyer, and when I told him that, he took the time to explain everything I might ever need to know about how to be a good caretaker to my home and everything inside of it.

Joe showed up on time. he inspected the grounds first, then the separate two car garage, then the home. from the top floor down to the basement. he took about four hours to complete his inspection. this man did not miss a beat. we decided not to purchase the house because of all the work it would cost to make this home livable. he was worth every bit of money to find out about the things wrong with this house. the inspection included things people would never expect to be found.

Joe is other worldly thorough and knowledgeable. The easiness and clarity of his findings and how it’s reported are what separates okay inspectors from great inspectors. Thank you Joe for everything, including the first time home buyers manual!
