I’ve been in my house since June and I have found so many things they missed! I have rotting siding that was completely overlooked. Today I was informed I need a new roof. My roofer was shocked that the inspector was up there and deemed it passable. If I could post 0 stars i would. This is my 3rd home and my last inspector i used was great. Unfortunately i moved out of the area and found Nepa online myself. Big mistake! Buyer beware do not use these guys!
