Jim was extremely helpful, meticulous, and professional during our new build home inspection in December of 2021. He made us feel like he was on our side and cared as if it was his home. He provided us with a detailed report to show the builder. We hired him again to come back and do a second inspection to confirm the builder fixed the items on the report. Top notch. I was able to coordinate a home inspection from out of state. Jim was professional and extremely helpful. He took several pictures of both things that were minor issues, and just the general condition of major appliances even when there were no issues. Jim was fantastic, he’s a very nice guy who is also very knowledgeable. He walked us through the house and explained everything in a very simple way so that we had a good understanding of our future house.
