This company did an awesome job! The inspector showed up on time & was very thorough during the process. He answered all my questions & addressed my concerns. I even received the report back early. I would definitely recommend this company to any buyer, seller or realtor that needs a property

The inspection was done while I was at work. The home inspector notified me after working hours to meet with him and review his findings. He was very professional and courteous. He explained what areas of the house he had inspected and photographed any minor or potential deficiencies. He had a lap top

Lewis was top notch. Obviously works very hard and goes the extra mile for his clients. Customer service is not a common thing in today’s world, but Lewis has it.

He was thorough and communicated well with me, a novice with respect to these issues. This was a large house but Lewis took the necessary time to cover it and went over the entire preliminary report with me on site. The written report will be most useful as a to do list for all needed repairs. He always answered his phone before and after the visit when I needed him.

Very happy with having Lewis as my inspector for the home that I am about to purchase, couldn’t be more pleased. Any questions I had he would answer with great detail and also make sure I understood the reason as to why he found what he found. I called him on Dec 24, he answered all my questions and schedule my home inspection right away. I was not able to attend to the inspection but he took my payment through the phone. Then we had a conference call with him and my realtor. He answered everything and provide us with a detail report. We really appreciate Lewis work. He’s professional, efficient and knowledgeable.
