Josh performed a very thorough inspection on a home we were considering purchasing. He obviously knows his stuff. He took his time and walked us through all his observations…and made the issues very easy to understand. He was very personable and professional. The house he inspected needed a new roof. Even when the homeowner disputed this, Josh very calmly presented his observations and his experience. I felt very confident in his very detailed report, and it really helped us make an informed decision on our house purchase. I would highly recommend him!

Allen Home did a home inspection for a new property being purchased; radon testing; & termite inspection for us. Nick did a great job explaining everything he did with the home inspection to purchase a new property. He took the time to walk me through everything. He pointed out safety concerns and other issues that were not items that needed immediate attention. He was very professional and accommodating with everything. Reports were given to me later that day after his inspection. Pictures were also attached with the inspection so I had a better idea of exactly what was being addressed in the report. I will definitely be using them again before I actually pre-list my home to sell so I know if there will be issues before I sell my old property.
