I have been a real estate agent since 1990 and I have know Robert Gaudreault for over a decade. He is the home inspector whose name I give to my clients when they are purchasing a property. I don’t recommend or endorse any service providers, however my clients have always said they were impressed with the quality and professionalism of Robert’s inspections. Robert also inspected my brother’s and sister’s homes and he is who I call when I personally need a home inspector. He certainly is knowledgeable and experienced, however what I appreciate most about Robert is his even demeanor.
