Why did we pay so much to get an incomplete inspection? September 20, 2020 10:28 am

Our assigned inspector, Jorge, arrived 1 hour late to the appointment. Didn’t wear a mask throughout the whole process even though we had to sign a COVID 19 agreement with the business. We didn’t get important details such as attic/roof information for insurance purposes, most of the questions were answered as “unverified” by the inspector…he also mentioned he couldn’t inspect the attic well and because of the weather he couldn’t get a good inspection of the pool. Insurance broker needs more detailed information for insurance purposes. Our insurance broker tried contacting the company to get clarification on the roof inspection and no one has gotten back to him. We would like to receive a partial refund due to incomplete report results and inspector’s poor performance.
