I was very impressed with Tony. His knowledge and understanding of what he is looking at in a house is amazing. Being a General Contractor myself makes it even more incredible. I felt like I was talking to a experienced Contractor. Tony took his time to over look the house with me and answered all questions I had. he did not rush me or the process. he cared about my safety and my children’s safety enough to make sure I wasn’t buying a house that had or could have problems.
Allied Inspection Services are very professional, courteous and extremely thorough. Our inspector was very patient as we had so many questions. He explained everything he was doing. He also explained the different systems in our prospective new home because we were not familiar with them. They were very cooperative when it came to scheduling the inspection because we wanted to be there but live some distance away
from the moment I called and spoke with the customer service rep to schedule the appointment I received excellent customer service. Tony was our inspector. He was very friendly,thorough,and knowledgeable. He explained things very well and he made sure we understood everything he was looking at. we received our report in less than 24 hours.His report was very detailed with pictures, explanations, and recommendations
Had my first-time buyer home inspection today with Greg Moore. Who could ask for someone more pleasant? Greg was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and all-around a great guy. I have a thorough report of the home from top to bottom, which will aide greatly in my home-buying decision. Thank you for your professionalism, prompt response to my request with accommodation to meet my schedule’s needs, punctuality, knowledge and consideration. I will be sure to recommend Greg Moore and Allied Inspection Services to all in need in the future.
He was very knowledgeable and educated us on a lot. He knew what he was talking about and stayed professional the whole time. He was early and did a very though job!! Wish I could give more then 5 stars!!
Will not recommend for your hard earned money and the risk associated being a buyer” It has been very difficult experience with Allied, the report is done with missing tags so we had to follow up just to get where in the house the report was pointing only to get vague responses. I literally had to coordinate Termite Inspection (even when listed on their own website as an integrated service) for them as they used a Third Party and they weren’t available, no visibility on scheduling, very loosely put together operation for the Cost. Pool/spa Inspection: Do not choose at all, that 115 usd was a total loss as the inspector only operated hottub superficially and made excuse of access for every question. The list on the site is misleading to say the least.
