At Alltech, we want our clients to be present during the home inspection and we encourage you, or your representative, to walk with the inspector while the home inspection is being performed. We strongly encourage you to ask questions of the inspector during the home inspection. We believe a thorough home inspection can only be provided when you, the client, completely understand the report and condition of the home. We do not use checklist reporting or canned software. Your home inspection report is a full written report, compiled in our offices, then revised and approved by your home inspector. Did you know that the Pennsylvania State Inspection Laws stipulate that your home inspection report is to be a written report as outlined under section 7508 of SB 1032? Be sure you are getting the most detailed and clear information from your home inspection. Be sure you are receiving a full, written report.

We had a great experience with Tom and Alltech. We contacted Alltech from the BBB and web reviews. Tom was very detailed in his inspection and pointed out a lot of items in the home inspection. Tom gave us some great ideas for plans thaat we had. He arrived early and was inspecting the roof, on the roof, when we arrived. We followed Tom around and asked tons of questions. He always answered the questions fully and knew what he was talking about
I hired Tom from Alltech Inspection Services as he was recommended by the Caldwell Concierge program. I had a newly renovated 100-yr home (complete gut work) which was being sold by the developer (E-Properties) in Lawrenceville. Tom arrived promptly and was very helpful in walking me through all of the areas and making sure I understood them. I could tell that he’s an experienced home inspector and pointed out many, many things that were wrong with the property and areas where the developer has done things incorrectly, cut-corners, and areas I needed to keep an eye on as they finished up the work
Alltech inspected our house on the recommendation of our realtor. He gave the roof a good condition rating, without actually climbing on the roof at all. If he were to have climbed on the roof, he would have noticed the missing shingles around the bathroom skylight. I found out that the shingles were missing only after the bathroom roof had become completely saturated during the winter. We ultimately had to hire a roofer who replaced about 6 foot of the roof rafter due to rot and the insulation and drywall due to mold. The roofer informed me that this took a while to rot this bad, so I am sure that the shingles came loose before the inspection.
It was like having your uncle there who wanted to make sure you knew your house inside and out. Although I hope I’m not looking for a new house anytime soon, I wouldn’t mind having these guys come back.

Very happy with Alltech. Professional throughout and very quick to write report. I had a LOT of questions, and Tom S. was very patient with me. Took the time to explain how things worked and what I needed to do/who to contact in the future. Would absolutely recommend.
