George and I have hired American Verified Home Inspections twice and had worked with Eric this time. He was very professional and complete in his inspection. Rob was the inspector who inspected by house which I was selling, the thoroughness of the report was so goodm that I immediately wanted him to be the inspector when we were buying our new house. Again he did a really thorough job and I would absolutely recommend him! He was also really efficient in getting the appointment set up, and sent the report in a very timely manner. And to top it all he was a lovely person to work with!
He even discovered issues that were not documented on a prior home inspection. He is also extremely friendly and patient – he answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend if you are purchasing a home.
The prices were very competitive. Eric was very thorough and answered all of our questions. He and Rob answered all follow up emails within the hour whenever we had questions. It was a great experience.
We hired him for a new construction inspection and he was punctual, honest and diligent in his work. We received our inspection report the following day. I highly recommend American Verified for home inspections and we will very likely use them again in the future for our warranty inspection.
