Ken Terry is a very professional home inspector with ample experience and great customer service! His reports are very thorough and his videos always help identify issues. His experience is exemplary and his values match. I would highly recommend him as your go to home inspector! 5 stars Ken! You deserve it!

Ken is amazing! I have been referring my clients to Ken for almost 10 years now. I always give my clients the option when it comes to their home inspection. Home buyers and sellers can use anyone but I only refer Ken Terry with America West Home Inspections. He was great when he was on his own and now with Steven (his son-in law) he has become even better! As a licensed General Contractor and former home builder there is no one better.
