This one star is for Chris Rutledge, useless home inspector for Amerispec. His reports point out the obvious and his contract’s exclusions keep him “safe”. His attitude, that’s what motivates me to write this in hope that it will help someone out there avoid a possible disaster.
Chris and his son are great, very comprehensive, and they have superior knowledge compared to other inspectors I have worked with. Our family felt very well taken care of. We also liked there was 2 inspectors instead of one. 2 thumbs up!
