I had the most efficient, thorough and professional service I have ever had (after 5 home sales) using AmPro. The inspector took time to go over everything with me in person and then got me his report immediately following the inspection! In short. Highly recommend!!
These guys are even better than all the positive reviews suggest! We had Ryan take care of us and inspect a prospective purchase last Friday. He took so much time in careful description and outlining potential problems and made several attempts to analyze all thoroughly. He was not heading into his weekend until his work was done. He was a pleasure to talk to, really knows life and how it relates to your home, and couldn’t have been much more careful and courteous. On Monday John took another span of time when we called in to explain the radon test outcome, and I was able to go forward with confidence navigating all with the seller.
