Great experience with this company.
This was a pre sale inspection so no report, you have to take notes. Steve was very attentive and pointed out a number of things where the Law in MD has been changed in the last 10 years. Relatively minor things that one can do oneself. Also helped me with an electrical problem. Very obliging. Cannot compare with a buyers home inspection in MD but a pre inspection is recommended. It gives you time to correct.
Run as far away from this business as you can. I have never experienced a home inspection as poor and scatter brained as this. Report format is a word document with embedded pictures. I had to walk around the house and point out things that needed to be documented. With all of the tools and software to guide “home inspectors” through a home you’d think that Steve would invest in one. Absolutely waste of $700 dollars.
