We make our decisions as a company with you and your family in mind, not just now but years down the road. We feel that even if it’s not fun to hear certain truths about your dream home, we need to deliver as many facts about the condition of the property as possible.

I highly recommend Jameson Malgeri and Another Level Home Inspection for your home inspector. An inspection by Jameson is like taking a college course in home construction, repair and safety. He invites you to follow along as he inspects your house, and he patiently and clearly explains everything he examines and everything he finds. He spent more than three hours with us, answering every question, and examining every nook and cranny. He then produces a report that is detailed with text and photos describing his findings, and he uses color coding to identify higher and lower priority items. On top of all that, he is immediately responsive to texts and emails, and, even after completing the inspection, he has been very helpful to us in planning for how to tackle some of the issues he found. If you are looking for a home inspector, look no farther. Jameson is the one you want.

Jameson was very professional and thorough! Through out the whole inspection he explained his findings to us and we walked away feeling we really understood the property we were buying. The format his report came in was also very easy to read and understand. Highly recommend!

Jameson will offer you a home inspection leaps and bounds above any other home inspection experience. He is certified in thermal imaging, pests and radon. He uses a drone to film every angle of building. He only does one inspection a day. Jameson arrived a half hour before appointment and spent 4 hours with my son in law taking ample time to fully educate and discuss every detail of the home. We have called Jameson multiple times after the inspection with follow-up questions and he is always available and takes time to discuss further questions. We have been encouraged to call anytime into future. His report came out the evening of the inspection and is arranged for an easy read with many photos. We were truly blown away with Another Level Home inspection. Don’t look any further!
