I highly recommend Sean and Anthem Services. He responded almost immediately to my inquiry and quickly scheduled the inspection. On the day of the appointment, he was already halfway done with the exterior by the time I arrived! (He then walked me through everything he had documented/photographed so far). He was extremely thorough, spending more than 2 hours at house (1500sq feet), talking me through everything he was seeing and patiently answering any questions I had. He sent me the full report the next day filled with details and photos. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.
