I understand that inspectors work for the buyer and not the seller, but you are a GUEST in the home. You leave the house in the condition you found it. If you need to move things, you put them back. If you open windows you CLOSE THEM! Steve Kniffen left my house destroyed while I was on vacation. He moved things under my sink and it looks like a child just tossed everything back in. He left my front window wide open. And he left my heat in the house on at 72 degrees and ac units on at 68 degrees in the middle of summer.

Was able to answer all the questions and concerns that I had, also offered additional tests that ended up saving me in the long run. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!
