We could not have been happier! This inspection was the most thorough and the final report just amazing. Not only were there things brought up that needed attention prior to closing we now have a fantastic list complete with pictures of maintenance items that we will take care of when we take possession of the home. Apex home inspection is an amazing company and I would recommend them to anyone purchasing a home.
Mathew was a very thorough inspector. Before the inspection he asked if I had any concerns or areas I wanted him to focus on, which he made sure to do during the inspection. He answered every question I had during the process and provided good tips and advice. He was friendly, on time, and wrote a detailed report.
