We enjoyed the plentiful notes and photos. We were impressed that they even included pictures of main shut off valves etc just for our convenience. He also flagged a gas leak that could have been a big safety issue if not found prior to purchase. Thank you Larry!
He was very thorough. He was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We were able to meet with him at the home at the end of the inspection. He went over what he had found and then later that day sent a very detailed report with great pictures for us to review again. We appreciate his expertise. I would highly recommend Larry and his son
The report details (photos, notes, etc.) is laid out in such a way that a novice home buyer can understand and share. The 360 photos were spot on! Communication was timely and responsive as this entire process was handled via phone/email/text. Overall very satisfied with the level of professionalism and service provided.
