Very glad I used Apple. While the home I planned to buy appeared in good shape on the surface, the inspection revealed a laundry list of defective items. I estimate they saved me 25k on repairs, including pre-occupancy sewer repair, a gas leak, dangerous electrical wiring and a structural beam that was bearing zero weight. Thanks again!

Apple Inspections goes above and beyond for their clients. They are honest and upfront about the homes they inspect. As a Realtor, I have been relying on them for several years and every one of my clients has had nothing but positive feedback. I highly recommend Apple Inspections!

This inspection company was great to work with, and I cannot give them enough praises, especially Dustin who did our inspection. They were extremely thorough, and they answered any and all questions as you went along the process. Even after the inspection period was over, until present, if we had/have any questions or issues, they were very prompt in responding, and willing to take the time to help us. Dustin, was very personable, professional, and easy to share with. He made you feel as if he really did care about you and helping you find a good home.
