Rick Alvarez-Rivon IV arrived exactly when he said he would, did a thorough inspection with close attention to detail, prepared an informative report with pictures and recommendations, and followed up shortly after with a phone call to further discuss inspection.
Extremely professional as soon as I answered the door. Handed me his business card, shook my hand, introduced himself.. just good vibes the entire visit. He was friendly with my dog, he was personable and made it very comfortable for me to have a man I’ve never met inside my home. I will highly and gladly recommend him to everyone. Thank you sir, for being so kind.
He arrived promptly at the appointment time. He was very thorough in his inspection and explained everything he was going to perform in a positive manner. He answered every question I had and even provided advice that will improve my house. It seemed like he accomplished a million tasks in the 30 minutes it took to complete the inspection. He then completed and emailed the inspection report when he said he would. I would highly recommend Rick and A&R inspection services for anyone needing a 4-point inspection.
