I will only hire Tim Henry for my home inspection. He was very honest, straightforward and genuinely wanted my wife and I to make a well informed decision when buying a house. He pointed out issues that were not only with the home but future problems he anticipated down the road. I will hire him again for the next home inspection.

Tim Henry did not catch some major codes issues, structure issues with the house and now we are stuck paying for it. Told us there isn’t anything he could do. Unprofessional as an inspector! Would not recommend!
