Our home inspection is an unbiased evaluation of your homes mechanical, structural and physical components. Your safety is our number one concern. Most inspections take 3-4 hours and afterwards we will provide you a detailed report of your home along with photos taken during the inspection. We offer the peace of mind by being ASHI inspectors and have graduated from the ASHI school.

Inspector responded and was available quickly for inspection to accommodate my eagerness to move along with my purchase of a new home. Inspector provided me with a full report the same day of the inspection with the exception of the radon report, however, this test takes some time and he will send it to me the day the test is finished. The thoroughness of the inspection and the turn-around time for the service made this a wonderful experience.
Justin was awesome! I found Ark Home Inspection online and decided to contact them because of the reviews by other homeowners. I completed the online form and Justin contacted me within an hour or so. I was so surprised at how responsive the service was from the very beginning. We discussed what services I would need and the costs up front. He did a very thorough inspection and the report he provided was more than I expected
Very smooth process! Justin answered all of our questions and encouraged us to go through the home with him. Reports were given to us in a timely manner. He was available to answer any additional questions, was very kind & pleasant.
He also answered any questions I had for him, and was very knowledgeable.
The inspector showed me areas of concern, as well as general maintenance that I will need to do in future.. The report came out in 24 hours as promised, with clear explanations and good pictures. Would definitely recommend.
He really got in deep in a lot of areas and gave me a great report and some ideas on what to bring back to the seller in my deal. My only issue was that at the property he was looking at for me, he said he couldn’t inspect the basement bathroom because the water was turned off to it, but all he had to do was reach under the toilet and turn on one valve. A small oversight, but that was the only thing he did wrong in an otherwise amazing job. I would recommend ARK to my friends.
