He completed our home inspection in a timely manner and was extremely thorough in his explanation/report. He walked us around the entire home not forgetting a single detail. We plan to use him again for our 11 month warranty inspection! Excellent customer service and goes above and beyond!

He was very professional and courteous. He arrived early and went right to work after explaining what his process would be to complete a thorough inspection of the home. It was fun to watch him as he went through the house inside and outside performing the inspection. He found each and every problem with the home and took time to explain the potential issues that could result from the problem he found. As it turned out, I didn’t purchase the home based on some of the specific problems he found. It saved me having to spend several thousand dollars later if I had purchased the home. It was some of the best money I have ever spent. I will use Brian from this point forward for any home I might purchase.
