Stay away. not qualified. Over $30k in damages missed that were easily spotted. Did nit honor his 1 year warranty on termite inspection. He does not have values and does not seem to care about his customers. I’ve tried to work with him and now has stopped communicating.
Andy and his son were friendly and very knowledgeable. They took the time to go over the inspection report with me in detail and explained everything as we were going along. I would ABSOLUTELY use his services and again and recommend him to anyone i know 🙂 Thank you for the great job !!!
It was a scary experience to purchase a home in Ohio while living halfway across the country. Andy did an amazing job of getting our house inspected and providing a complete and thorough report.
Andy an Brice did a wonderful job inspecting our condo would highly recommend them
Andy talked to the seller of our new home and agreed to install a radon system and agreed on a price with them prior to closing. They gave us a check at closing and we scheduled a time for the install. He had not actually looked at the house before giving the quote and agreeing to do the job. He shows up with a team on the scheduled install day but says “oh I can’t install this today because I didn’t know there was a crawlspace”.
. My experience is in the latter group. I spoke with Andy and contracted him to take three 5-minute air samples in a bank-owned house. I then emailed Andy the details and entry instructions, which he acknowledged. I expressed my wish to have the testing completed within a week, although Andy wanted to do it ten days later. Since the house was vacant, ARS could fit it into their schedule any time they wished.
