If you are looking for a home inspector – do not hesitate to reach out to John at Arundel Home Inspection! I am a first time home buyer and just used his services because he had the most affordable rate and very good reviews. His work was beyond incredible! I brought along my uncle who works in construction and he said John was the most thorough inspector he had ever seen. The home inspection lasted about two hours and John took the time to show me items of concern, explained why they were of concern, and how I could move forward in having the item repaired. He also took the time to show me where all critical shut offs were in case of an emergency. Afterward, he provided a long, detailed report and photos of everything I would recommend him to everyone looking for a home inspector and would love to work with him again in the future.
I would highly recommend Arundel Home Inspection. John was very thorough and detailed in his report, which was delivered on the same day just a few hours after our walkthrough inspection.(as first time home buyers we had a lot).
