He is well prepared, timely, professional, and extremely knowlegdeable. As a first time home-buyer, Jeff took the time to walk me through the inspection. Highly recommended if you are needing an inspection done in the Red Feather Lakes area.
He put on the inspection 11 year old furnace when it was put in at the start of the year said it had a old hot water heater again replaced at start of year lied about working outlets not working etc.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He was patient and explained some technical things to me that I wasn’t familiar with and he submitted a prompt and thorough report after the inspection. He really exceeded expectations!
