I don’t believe that a home can pass or fail an inspection. The main goal of my services is to let you know existing issues or problems with the property. After you receive my detailed report, you’ll have the information you need to make a good buying decision or get the much-needed repairs your property needs.
I’ll let you know which systems and structures need further evaluation and consideration. You may need to bring out a specialist to look specifically at foundation issues or other concerns. Without the base inspection, you won’t know the basic condition of the home.
