The crew was thorough. They checked everything then explained it in detail. Everyone was friendly and patient. Afterwards they sent me a detailed report with accompanying photos. I would highly recommend them.

Overall the inspector was polite and offered to.do a video recording of his findings since we are out of town. We feel the inspection wasn’t as thorough as it could have been. Example our dishwasher doesn’t work. The heating element is broke, hoeme warranty should cover it but its the hassle of us having to fix it ans pay $125 deductible. I am giving a ten rating because I don’t know if they fully test appliances or not during an inspection.

Do not get a home inspected be these guys, went to put new fridge in a month after moving in and a 10 foot section of the floor is rotted out, I can open the crawl space which they were all over, and cleary see the rot, now I’m stuck with a huge repair bill and they could care less

If I could give them more stars I would! Very professional, reasonably priced, give accurate and insightful information, very thorough, and very friendly! They came recommended by my realtor and I highly recommend them as well!!

Several oversights were apparent after moving in. Including leaky drains and a leaky water valve in the back of the refrigerator. More oversights were noticed a few months later. These include bare wires hanging in the shop, outside lights that were wired wrong, and a leaky shower that damaged the bathroom floor. And… I requested a hard copy of our inspection and was politely told that online PDF reports was the only option.

I have used a number of inspection services and these guys are top notch.
