Each item comes with detailed photos, supporting narrative, and a severity level. The analyses gives you an immediate sense for the detailed condition of the property. Most importantly, their professional integrity is exemplar. They don’t press for an upsell that is not clearly required, and they only provide counsel that is clearly within the scope of work.
