I hired them to perform an inspection on a home that we were looking to buy. I was thoroughly impressed the detail of the inspection and the inspection report. Joe C showed up on time, called when the inspection was done (my wife was on her way to meet with him after the inspection) and emailed the report to me within 24 hours (actually much less). They even have a partnership with a pest control company included a termite inspection & report. Based on their findings, I withdrew the offer on the home. I would certainly use them again.

Great experience! Booking was easy and whenever we needed to call them they were very professional and helpful. They sent us our inspection report the same day as the inspection! The report was easy to follow which was a plus since my husband and I were not present for the inspection. Definitely recommend!

The thing that stood out for me with this company as excellent service was the report. It was laid out in a very user-friendly way even for someone like myself that understands nothing. The pictures were followed by the information and in an orderly and very well organized fashion. All of the problematic issues that were found were separated by three different categories of priority urgency and safety, in 3 different colors and explained as such. I would very much recommend this company for further use and to my friends and family. I used their services for closing on a house that I am purchasing. I really appreciate their efforts and patience.

My inspection process was an an exceptionally positive experience from beginning to end. My inspector ((John) was very professional and equally as knowledgeable in every regard.. He was patient an attentive to my concerns and answered all of my questions in detail in a way I could understand. He was very thorough and examined every area of the property with equal detail. The final report was a replica of his performance and was easy to follow and understand. He came highly recommend and I feel confident in doing likewise. I would highly recommend him.
