First, Rob and Lynn are hands down genuinely amazing people and I did not know them from Adam before our inspection. Even our realtor made MULTIPLE comments to me during the inspection about how great their service is. I bought my very first home and they walked me through the house… every.. single… nook and cranny.. from top to bottom… I didn’t know there was so much to know about a house. They didn’t simply just do their job and leave. This team goes so far above and beyond. Everything they looked at, we looked at. Every step they took we took. They ensure that you understand what, why and how….AND THEN put it all in a document we received the same evening as the inspection. . . Rob and Lynn were wonderful to work with! We are in the process of buying our first house and quickly realized we had a lot of questions and a lot to learn. Rob is great at walking you through every little detail and answering all questions. The inspection report was thorough and had a picture for everything, plus we got it within 24 hours of the inspection which was a huge bonus! They give great advice and I highly recommend them!!
