We were recently referred to ATM home inspection as buyers from our realtor. We met both Lynn and Rob at the house in the morning. They were there before us and already conducting the inspection. Rob took the time to brief us about the process and how the report was compiled. Both Lynn and Rob had told us we could follow them and ask questions at anytime. They were efficient, thorough and well equipped. The price was reasonable for the areas that were inspected. It is our first time buying a home and without a doubt, this team is professional, funny and good at what they do. Their report was compiled and sent to us that night in a PDF form listing all of the discrepancies and concerns in an easy to read format. We would recommend them time and time again. It was an overall great experience.
