He did a good job inspecting our new home but missed various things in the process. A couple of windows were very loose and hard to open, the landscaping is slopes inward so we would have a lot of water issues with the house when it rains. Our basement windows were also not protected properly based on how the rocks surrounding it were placed. We also have carpenter ants that were not mentioned in the report.
Tony is a great inspector! I had a client that needed an inspection ASAP and he was able to squeeze us in. He was on time, fairly priced, and very responsive. I will use him again and would recommend him to anyone.
