Being a first time buyer, I’ve never had a home inspection done. Authority Inspections performed my home inspection and they were professional, efficient and very thorough. They looked in all the crack and crevices and saw things I would never have thought to check. I couldn’t be happier with my technician, John, and Authority Inspections. I strongly recommend them for whatever your inspection needs are – they are fantastic!!!

John was incredibly thorough in our home inspection on an older house we are looking to purchase. We will have very little surprises and he went out of his way to not scare us but make sure we knew the many projects that would be coming our way. He turned the report around the same day which enabled us to move quickly on more specialized inspections before our inspection clause expired. His inspections come with warranties that may come in handy with the new-to-us home. Highly recommend John and his team! They are worth every penny.

Authority Inspections was great. John was the Inspector that did my Home inspection of potential home I will be buying. He was incredibly thorough, incredibly detailed, and what I appreciate most is he answered ALL my questions and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden by asking them, but was happy to. And he also gave me recommendations on doing good maintenance and making upgrades to the home. I would recommend this Authority Inspections for sure.
