Not only did Avi performed an excellent and thorough service, but he provided a vast amount of extra education to us about how to care for a home. We definitely needed that as first time buyers! Also, Avi wrote to us the next day that he had accidentally over charged us by $15 and asked to return it- we said, no worries you can keep it for hazard pay (inspection was during COVID pandemic). However, he decided to match the $15 and donated $30 to a local food bank. Great guy!

Avi did an exceptional home inspection for us! He wore his mask the entire time, too! Very knowledgeable, kind and responsive to slews of questions! He was even at the house before we were, and he had already gotten to work! Avi also emailed to say that he overcharged us. We responded that he could keep it, and that he should consider it “hazard pay” given the pandemic. He responded with, “Haha! I should really read my contracts more!” He donated the money to a food bank AND matched the amount he overcharged us By, and then sent us the receipt!

Avi was a great inspector. He mobilized within 24 hours from my call and spent 4 hours on the property (while other inspectors on the same property, assisting other potential buyers, spent less than 1 hour). I found Avi to be extremely knowledgeable, open to explain me his work, answer all my questions. Also, the cost of his service was below others I had contacted. I helped many friends buy houses in the past 10 years and Avi was without doubt among the top 2 inspectors I met. I am a civil engineer myself.

He was so thorough with his inspection and recommendations. As first-time home buyers we had a lot of questions, and Avi did a great job listening and sharing helpful tips of how to prioritize things. We had been recommended to work with Avi from our real estate agent specifically due to his expertise in inspecting older historic homes, and we’re so glad we did.
