B&J has helped me find a house in Houston twice. They were thorough. Each property was given a 15-page report. One of the houses was sinking in one corner, and there were many other structural issues. We were able to deduct $10,000 from the purchase price of our home because it had minor problems. I would recommend to anyone who is buying a house.

The home inspector is a friendly, knowledgeable and experienced professional. He spent a lot of time and effort on the inspection report. He taught me about home standards, what to watch out for, why certain things were important, etc. He was able to accommodate my request for an inspection, and he got the report completed within a short period.

He also gave us a lot of helpful tips and explanations for maintaining the home, which was incredibly valuable to first-time homebuyers like me and my partner.
