There are hundreds of thousands of dollars on the line with inspections. Don’t allow your inspectors to make guesses and baseless assertions. Even licensed electricians didn’t know how our inspector came to his conclusions. He couldn’t even access an attic. He claimed light switches belonged to lights they didn’t belong to. He even claimed we simply ripped kraft paper off of bad insulation instead of replacing it (clearly two different colors, two different conditions, and the new insulation HAS paper on it). Train your inspectors to pay attention to details, and report only facts. They are impacting actual legal contracts.

Really wish there was a neutral option instead of having to recommend or not recommend. I just want future potential clients to know they apparently don’t inspect washer and dryer outlets. I used them for a home inspection and now am the proud owner of a house with a disconected dryer outlet. When i called to inquire if it was connected and functional at the time of the inspection i was told they don’t test washers and dryers because they are personal items that usually get moved.

If I could rate this company -0 I would. Purchasing a home is suppose to be a happy experience we are suppose to be able to trust that the inspectors are competent honest and thorough. Brian from B Safe inspected our home gave us the green light that this home was in good shape. My daughter was nearly electrocuted when she went to plug something up Brian lied and stated he checked these outlets several of them didn’t work stated the windows were in good shape my soon window was completed rotted out locks didn’t work. Stated the drains in the basement were good of course we had water mess week 2 of being here stated the front door was excellent hmm guess what it’s not you can see outside from inside we nearly froze to death in here from the breeze oh lastly the heat was missing an entire VISIBLE wire and we had to call someone out because we set the temp to 80 and it would only get to 68 in the house WINTER TIME.
