I called Basin because of the good reviews and I was not disappointed. I asked for the next available appointment and was given Sunday at 2 PM, just a few days from the day I called. From the first interaction of the phone I was impressed with both Michael and Jennifer’s professionalism and courtesy. Both are well spoken, organized and very pleasant to talk to. Within 2 days of setting the appointment I received an invoice via email. I was again impressed with the informative and professional layout of the invoice. I also noted that they offered a 10% military discount so I emailed and let them know that I am a retired military person. Jennifer quickly redid the invoice and sent it back to me reflecting the discount. When Sunday afternoon arrived, they were a few minutes early to our appointment and immediately got down to business.

When Sunday afternoon arrived, they were a few minutes early to our appointment and immediately got down to business. Michael began on the exterior (that might have been because it was threatening to rain any minute) and Jennifer began on the inside. Within a couple of hours they had completed their onsite work and I was given a verbal summary of their findings and promised a written report within a couple of days. Sure enough, 2 days late I received a 37 page report detailing all of their findings and a second report listing the appliances that went along with the home we are buying. The report listed each appliance, the manufacturer, model #, serial #, and the manufacture date. Included in this report was an industry chart showing the average life span of appliances and more.

Jennifer and Mike did an awesome job! They were quick to respond and were very professional! An awesome couple to have do our inspection!

Not only are their reports thorough, but they put time and attention into the details to provide you with a quality report to make informed decisions. They are also very accommodating and fit you into their schedule quickly. Thank you for being good at what you do!
