My goal as your inspector is to identify major issues that you are not aware of that may have significant monetary costs as well as provide a general list of the items you will want to budget for repair or replacement as a responsible homeowner.

I’ve used Batten to Beam several times and always recommend Batten to Beam Inspections to my clients for their home inspections. Rick is also early and is extremely detailed and knowledgeable. He always has a detailed report thats easy to read and explain to clients and will always take your call if you have a question. I’ve used Batten to Beam when I bought my own home and would recommend Batten to Beam to anyone!

I cannot say enough good things about Richard and Batten to Beams. As first time home-buyers, we know literally nothing. He took his time, was extremely thorough and in detail explained to us everything we would potentially need. He was on time, professional, personable and I wish he was my dad. I hope we never buy a house again but if we do, I’m never getting anyone else. USE HIM!!!!!

Owner, Richard, is skilled in his profession, honest and operates with integrity. He provided a thorough inspection, while offering helpful tips along the way to ensure I understood current and future responsibilities associated with owning and maintaining my new home.
