Bay & Beyond Inspection Services will provide a top to bottom comprehensive home inspection that follows the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. All roofs are mounted and fully inspected unless it is unsafe. In that case a drone inspection will be conducted. We inspect every house as if we were buying it ourselves. Let us go to work for you!

Tod came highly recommended from our trusted friend and realtor, and working with him was a wonderful experience. He was direct, knowledgeable, and extremely reliable. His inspection was incredibly thorough, and the report we received from him was detailed and provided us with so much information about the house we ultimately purchased. He knew so much about the architecture and the systems, and took his time explaining things to us in a way that was easy to understand. I can’t say enough good things about working with him and would recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection.

Bay & Beyond did an excellent job checking the very old house we intended to buy, on every detail we needed. The reports came on time and were actually very helpful. Excellent job. As a result we are buying the house, and the contractor who is doing the repairs confirms the evaluation made by Bay and Beyond.

Tod provided an inspection of a home we were purchasing in Belfast. As first time home owners, we appreciated the way he was extremely patient in explaining aspects of the inspection we did not understand, as well as details of construction with which we had no familiarity. He seemed genuinely interested in our well being. He was knowledgeable, thorough and kind.
