Joe failed to notice a water stain that was very evident on the sheetrock over the sliding glass doors to the covered patio and did not check for any damage to the patio cover. We had a professional check out the damage after escrow closed. He discovered old water stains and pithy wood and said that the damage was old and continuing. Joe was not available when we called Bayview Inspections, emailed Joe, or called him again. We paid $2600.00 for the wood and leaks to be repaired.
