We received an extensive report complete with photo documentation after our inspection. We called him for recommendations on other specialized inspectors after our home inspection was complete. His recommendations were phenomenal as well! I would recommend Bear Home Inspections to anyone buying a home, and especially first time home buyers.

We’ve closed on numerous homes as our work has taken us to several cities. I’m disappointed to have to write this review. We have never experienced anyone more unprofessional than Bear Home Inspections. Lights left on, blinds left crooked, toilet seat open, both vanity doors and closet doors left open and used shoe booties wadded up on the floor. It was as though he ransacked the house. Truly unprofessional and disrespectful. There are plenty of great home inspectors in Louisville, this guy is not one of them.
