The inspection I needed was different than most inspections. My wife and I plan to renovate her grandfather’s house and due to the age we already knew we would be redoing all the plumbing and electric. My concern was primarily with the structure of the house and seeing that Jeff had previously framed houses was a huge plus. Even though Jeff knew I was mainly interested in an inspection of the structure, he still performed a very thorough and complete inspection of the whole house and pointed out some issues I had previously missed.
