Mark provides a straightforward professional service that both informs and educates. I will highly recommend him, especially if an inspection is required of an older house. His construction experience shines through.

I hired Mark for a pre-purchase house inspection. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable (he spent nearly 5 hours). I joined him for the inspection and as an added bonus he gave me a full rundown of what to expect in terms of general maintenance, things to watch out for etc. Much of this he wrote up in the inspection report so we could refer to it in future. If you want to know the house and be sure you don’t miss anything you can’t go wrong!

This is the third time over about a 10-year period we have hired Benchmark as our home inspector and every time he has provided accurate and valuable information on the condition of the home. He focuses on the issues of highest priority but is also thorough and notes seemingly small things that could develop into larger issues if not attended to.
