John did a thorough inspection of our house as we prepared to submit our repair list to our builder after being in the house for one-year. Not only did he document items that needed to be repaired, he also gave us maintenance tips as he went throughout the house. He verbally reviewed repair items before he left. We had a written report, with pictures, the next day. John’s experience as a home builder definitely qualifies him as an expert when it is time for an inspection.
I’ve used them a half dozen times now and they always show up on time, get reports created quickly and are incredibly thorough. I wouldn’t think about buying a property without using Benchmark to check it out first.
