Mike was fantastic. He showed up before we even got to the house and was already done looking at the roof! He was very professional and took the time to look at every nook and cranny. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Mike is incredibly thorough, efficient, and open. He made our home inspection a breeze with a super detailed report. More than that though, because we bought the house remotely, Mike took the time to call me up and explain his notes so that I wouldn’t miss how severe or not so serious the issues were by just reading the text. Mike was a great inspector for our home! He found many things that needed to be looked at and gave us many suggestions and advice! I would definitely recommend him! Update: Definitely discuss what the roof inspection would be. I recently found out roof inspection is not required by inspectors and we had rain the day of inspection so he didn’t go on the roof. We needed some gaskets to be replaced after moving in which is a bummer if he had inspected the roof and it would have been caught. I recommend to discuss roof inspection and have him come back again if raining. He was a great inspector and I’m leaving up the 5 star review but I won’t be using him again as it was our first home buying experience and I would have liked it if he had filled us in on roof inspection options which we had no clue about

Mike was amazing. From the first call through the inspection itself he was up front, honest and able to answer any questions my wife and I had. Very thorough, very knowledgeable. His report was detailed and professional. Would absolutely recommend!
